Cancellation Policy

At Synergy Integrative Health & Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect our providers’ time and ensure access to care for all patients, we kindly ask for the following:

• 48+ hours’ notice of cancellation: No fee. We’re happy to help you reschedule or process a refund if applicable.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund of funds paid.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Missed or last-minute cancellations limit availability for other patients and impact our ability to provide timely care.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise—please reach out if needed, and we’ll do our best to support you.
